Order Payment in Moscow
For deliveries within Moscow, your order can be paid in several ways:

  1. By bank card at the time of ordering. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
  2. By bank card via the Alfa-Click payment system.

Please note that the courier’s waiting time for fitting is limited to 15 minutes.
You may fully refuse the ordered item at the time of delivery or return it within 14 days.
Payment for Orders Across Russia and Other Countries
Our website uses CloudPayments internet acquiring, allowing you to pay for your order with Visa, MasterCard, or Maestro cards.
After confirming your selected item, a secure CloudPayments payment page will open, where you’ll need to enter your card details.

For additional cardholder authentication, the 3D Secure protocol is used.
If your bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional identification.
Please check with your issuing bank for details regarding authentication procedures.
Payment by Bank Cards via Alfa-Bank JSC
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and MIR cards.

Online payments are processed in accordance with the rules of international payment systems Visa, MasterCard, and the MIR Payment System, ensuring full confidentiality and transaction security.
Data is transmitted through secure, encrypted communication channels.
Card information is entered on a secure payment page of Alfa-Bank JSC.

On the payment page, you’ll be asked to enter:

Card number

Cardholder’s name

Expiry date

Three-digit security code (CVV2 for Visa, CVC2 for MasterCard, or MIR identification code)

After entering this information, you will be redirected to your bank’s page to confirm the payment with a security code sent via SMS.
If you do not receive the code, please contact your issuing bank.

Information is encrypted using SSL technology and transmitted via secure banking networks of the highest reliability.
CloudPayments does not share your card details with us or any third parties.

Return Policy
According to the Law of the Russian Federation “On Consumer Rights Protection”, an exchange or return is possible within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be in perfect, unused condition — with no signs of wear, washing, or any other impact, and all original tags attached.

We do not accept returns that do not comply with these conditions.
Such items will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days
to your bank card or in cash (in accordance with Article 22 of the Law “On Consumer Rights Protection”),
except for purchases paid in cash directly at the store.

We kindly ask you to notify us in advance about your return by phone or email.
After shipping the return, please send us the tracking number so we can monitor the delivery.
Without this information, the online store cannot be held responsible for any potential loss of your return.
Delivery
We deliver throughout Russia via the CDEK service.
Standard delivery time is 2–4 business days.
Delivery is available both to pickup points and to your door.

Free delivery is provided for all purchases.
Delivery to Other Regions
For shipments to other regions, full prepayment is required.

In case of a return, return shipping is paid by the customer,
while the initial shipping to the customer is covered by us.

Refunds

Garments Made from Natural Fabrics (Cotton, Linen, Wool)

To maintain perfect condition and prevent fabric deformation, we recommend professional dry cleaning.

If home care is preferred, choose hand washing or a delicate cycle.
Avoid high temperatures and intensive spinning.
